More Findings
1) The application scored high in Usability.
Navigation and information architecture kept users in control.
(Tested completed the task and spoke positively about ease of use.)
2) Scored low in recognition and recall.
Certain elements didn’t add to the experience as much as other elements. (Example the progress bar wasn’t prominent enough.)
Compiled questions
Usability Heuristics to focus on:
1) Visibility of system status: Keep users informed about what is going on.
2) User Control and Freedom: Easy for people to back out of a process or undo an action.
3) Aesthetic and minimalist design: Interfaces should not contain information that is irrelevant.
4) Recognition rather than recall: Interfaces that promote recognition and reduce
cognitive effort.
